(1) Impedance identification method: remove the two output lines and input lines of the sensor one by one, and test the output of the signal cable and the shielding layer with a multimeter, and the insulation resistance between the input impedance and the core line. If the test result does not reach the value of the certificate , it can be identified as a faulty sensor.

(2) Signal output judgment: If the impedance method cannot judge the quality of the sensor, it can be used for further detection. First, the instrument is powered on, and the output wire of the sensor is removed. The MV output value is measured with a multimeter at an empty scale. Assume The rated excitation voltage is U (V), the sensitivity of the sensor is m (mV\/V), the rated load of the sensor is f (kg), and the output of each stainless steel liquid filling scale is Umk f (mv). The output value of this value exceeds the calculated value (ideally, it should be equal) or is unstable, it can judge the failure of the sensor.
