The weightless scale instrument adopts aluminum alloy casing. It has good anti-interference, special waterproof sealing joint, and the cover has waterproof rubber gasket, which is waterproof and dustproof; the assembly and debugging are simple and convenient, and the reliability is high; at the same time, the sensitivity is matched with the adjustment method, and each output It can be balanced and adjusted to prevent the damage to the sensor caused by inductive lightning and surge signals. The weightless scale instrument for batching and packaging converts the sensor signal through the amplifying circuit, and directly outputs standard voltage (0-5VDC) or current (4-20mADC, 0-10mADC) ) signal. The structure can be: internal type, external type, multi-channel transmitter and multi-channel junction box.

The meter is installed close to the hopper, thereby reducing installation costs. A complete 20-terminal terminal strip can connect 4 sensors, so the junction box for separate connection can be omitted.

2 screw-type terminal strips provide supply voltage connection, sensor wiring and analog output. Zero and span adjustment for the analog output is done by 2 sets of DIP switches and 2 trimmer potentiometers.

An adjustable filter is included to stabilize the output. Vibrations caused by agitators or other devices can be minimized.
