1. The belt has been used for too long, is severely worn, deformed and stretched. Consider replacing the belt.

2. The roller has been used for a long time and is seriously worn. Consider replacing it with a new roller.

●Intrinsic factors of the inspected item

1. The characteristics of the item to be tested include liquid, solid and powder. When the liquid item enters the weighing platform, since the conveyor belt of the weighing platform is moving, the shaking of the liquid in the conveyor belt will cause the change of the center of gravity of the item;

4. The heavier the weight of the tested item, the lower the accuracy.

5. The faster the item under test and the belt, the shorter the reading time of the system, the greater the impact on the accuracy. The number of detected items per minute will also affect the accuracy.

6. The shape of the measured object, the uneven bottom surface of the abnormal object, and the large vibration entering the weighing platform have a great impact on the accuracy.

●Operating environmental factors

1. The temperature and humidity of the use environment;

2. It is not suitable for the installation of weightless scale instruments, ground vibration and airflow, near machines with large vibration, fan airflow ports and air conditioner airflow ports.

3. In the event of static electricity and electromagnetic interference, the equipment should be grounded, and the other should be separated from the high-power equipment and power supply system;

4. Take protective measures in dust and corrosive liquid places.

●Human factor

1. Incorrect parameter settings during use;

2. The distance between the acceleration section, the weighing section and the rejection section of the machine is too large or too small;

3, the scale is not balanced;

4. The conveyor belt is too loose or too tight;

5. The motor wire and sensor wire are not bundled;

6. The sensor of the weightless scale is overloaded and damaged;
