The controller is connected to an external resistance strain bridge load cell. There are two wiring methods: 6-wire connection and 4-wire connection. Standard 6-wire sensor wiring needs to add EX and SN, EX- and SN respectively. - Short-circuit and then connect to the module port. Since the sensor signal is an analog signal that is more sensitive to electronic noise, the sensor wiring should be shielded and laid separately from other cables, especially away from the AC power supply. The defined input switch and 12 customizable output switches are convenient for peripheral control and operation. When the module is powered on, there will be a long beep. At the same time, RS232 and RS485 will be fixedly configured as 9600 -8-N-1, address 1, and last for 3 seconds. During these 3 seconds, external devices can use 9600-8-N-1, address 1 for normal communication and set serial communication mode.
